Board Rules:

Double posting.

Double posting is when you post twice in a row in the same topic. Instead of double posting, edit your post using the edit button in the bottom right-hand corner. There are a few cases when double posting is okay - When writing a fan fic; When you've made a post in the Questions and Suggestions forum and haven't received a reply from a moderator or administrator in 24 hours; Or if you are posting several pictures and the board will not allow you to post many pictures in one post. Now that you have been reminded, if we find someone has ignored this guideline, they will be warned.


Signatures.

Lately, people seem to be ignoring the signature guideline. Your signature image/banner cannot exceed the size of 500 by 175 pixels. This is the final warning, if we find any signatures above that size, they will be removed without future warning. It may seem harsh, but we've told you time and time again what the maximum size is.

Spamming.

The staff would like to apologize for the spam we have been getting from various bots. Please know that this is not us posting, but websites who are trying to make money and/or receive more traffic. If you see a topic that has any sort of pornography or links to pharmaceuticals, please use the report button which is also located in the bottom right of each post. It can be seen in the above edit button picture. Thanks!

Power Posting.

Bots are not the only ones to spam the board. Members can easily also spam various forums. When members spam forums it's called power posting. Power posting is adding nonsensical posts.


Grammar and punctuation.

While we're not asking for a miracle, we are asking you to just look over what you post before you post it. Read what you post to see if you can pick out any obvious spelling, grammar or punctuation errors.

I'm confident all members have at the very least completed 7th or 8th grade. So proper spelling, grammar and punctuation is not a foreign concept. I understand English is a second language to some members, this is not targeting you.

Examples:

Incorrect:
That's so exicting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Correct:
That's so exciting!

Incorrect:
idk

Correct:
I don't know.

Again, we are not asking for miracles, but try to keep it in mind. This is a message board not a text message. We will not enforce this policy in the shoutbox or in chat.

Bashing/Flaming.

Some topics or people may cause high emotions or opinions to surface. This is not a problem. But under no circumstance will any member knowingly or willingly bash another person--real, imaginary, living or dead. Period. It's called respect. No one wants to be ridiculed, made fun of, or discriminated against.

This means no member will call another person (member, other board member, member's family/friends, celebrities, etc.) defamatory names or group them in a negatively racial, religious, gender, sexual or disability group.

Any member found in violation of this policy will be suspended from the board for a minimum of three (3) days and added to the warning list. A second violation and you will be permanently banned. No questions asked.

No member or person in general should feel discriminated against. Even if they’ll never read what you post.
