We should require all newly signed-up and newly registered members to post on the INTRODUCE YOURSELF thread first, so we would be able to get to know them.

We have like close to a hundred registered members but only 4 or 5 are actively participating in the discussions.

We encourage everyone to post, introduce yourselves and join in our discussions.
