Please take note of these two requirements before registering:

Please register with a permanent and valid e-mail address. The use of any forwarding, temporary, instant or suspended e-mail domain will result in your registration being deleted. You must manually validate your e-mail (using the e-mail the board sends to you). If you do not validate your e-mail, the board will automatically delete your registration request 24 hours after you submit it. Do not attempt to re-register within the same 24 hour period, multiple registrations with the same e-mail or IP address will be deleted
